We the United States need to stop worrying what the rest of the world thinks of us and just go in and wipe these radicals out. We as a country have been hijacked by a minority of people that believe that if we are nice and caring to these people that they will leave us alone. Which is why I believe that my children, their children, and their grandchildren will have to fight on our own soil if we don't stamp this out now.
We would have never defeated Hitler if we had had the media capabilities back then that we have today. The media in our country are traitors and deserve to be treated as much. They feel sorry for the terrorist and demonize our military. They are nothing more than platinum spooned fed ivy league liberals that think they are better than everyone else in this country. They have never had to fight for anything in their life and think that anyone that does are scum. The politicians are not much better.
When we get a Republican back in the White House this war could change. America is at her weakest when we have democrat in office. History proves that! They lack the nerve and mental fortitude to do what must be done.
If we want to stop this then we have to do the unpopular thing and just go rid these people of the world.
An easier idea would be if the USA, China, Russia, Europe, and Aussie leaders decided enough is enough! Together we out number them and are stronger than they are. All of the major powers in the world should invade the middle east and rid the world of islam. Rid any semblance of it and it should be out lawed from being practiced in its current form.

although i agree that radical Islam should be combated ideologically, our political landscape is not at fault. Republican or Democrat is not the issue. Its the blindness that our PC doctrine inspires in our people. Most Americans don't even know about the threat that sleeps in their neighborhoods. we should educate our people, combat the media that blinds them, seek aid and assistance from allies, and push for a stronger hand in foreign policy. our law enforcement should be unleashed on these threats and given free reign to destroy them. if we can educate the people to the true threat that is growing in our world then, democrat or republican, will be able to make the right decisions in our struggle with this perverted evil. dont think that the right has some moral high ground, or that the left gives blind succor to the enemy. we all are blind to the threat and mass public appeal and continued activism is required. if we start the battle divided along political lines, we cant hope to win. it is these divisions that our enemies prey on. find a way to bring America together, then our foes stand no chance. remember that every time you trash a liberal or a democrat you are a victim of radical Islams propaganda.

while atrocities are committed on both sides, the goals of combat are different. the Israelites are fighting for a lost homeland that is promised to them in their holy scripts. of course, not all people believe their books but the aim is evident. but to perpetuate the bloodshed can never lead to peace. all violence must stop. how can we do this? fight against the people who teach, preach, live, and die for violence. radical Islam is NOT the only people who do this but they do do it, so they must be stopped if peace is ever to be attained.

The US doesn't use white phosphorous on civilians (in fact its rarely used at all). And no self-respecting Israeli would sexually assault a Muslim woman. First off, there are too many women serving in the IDF who could find out about it. Second, Israeli intelligence has watchdogs embedded in many units and every soldier knows if he crosses the line it could get back to his command. And, third..even if you discount the first two problems, rape is a sin to Judaism just as it is to almost any other faith. EXCEPT ISLAM, THAT IS. So my answer to you is, I could care less about the so-called "palastinians" who are not native to the area and whom were never called palestinian until the after the Six Days War. Knowing how extaordinarily contradicting, violent, and just plain crazy most of the Koran's teachings are, I simply do not understand how some obviously very intelligent & well educated people (who alot were educated and brought up right here in America) can still believe and follow such an obvious load horse manure. Specially in todays vast age of information available in and about the world.
Even if when growing up they were forced (by they're parents) to follow islam, I'd still think/hope they would later in life take a step out of the box and truly see how contradicting, hateful & intolerant Islam and the Koran truly is.

Close our borders! Allow states, like Arizona, to make strict laws against illegal immigrants. Not all illegal immigrants are mexican. The borders with Canada and Mexico are infil routes for extremists who embed themselves in our society and conduct their Jihad whether by violent means or peaceful means. This is easier said than done of course, and the country is finally starting to move in the right direction on this but we need to get the ball rolling a lot faster.
One of the main problems we face is the senior officials, law makers, and politicians in the United States. We, the people, are left helpless and powerless when we have no support from these individuals. There are a select few of these men and women on board but the large majority, especially with this current administration, remain naive to the threat posed against our nation. Therefore, I think the most important priority, our first priority, to combat this Jihad is the need for new policies and new individuals in decision making positions who are willing to do something.
They operate on two levels, one is what they know and believe and the other is avoiding saying things that could prevent them from being elected. It is obvious, the FBI and CIA are taking this problem serious, although I don't think Homeland Security has it's act together yet. Keeping talking to your representatives and you might eventually find out they are on your side and working quietly to address what is going on.

The only way I trully believe we can erradicate jihadist movements without it becoming an issue of religious freedom is to see islamism for what it is--a political ideology. Then this should all be dealt with the way McCarthy deal with the communists during the red scare.

And, in sura 3 verse 23 (I think) doesn't it say to pretend to be friends of the infidels/unbelievers (which are those who do not believe the way they do)until you are safe or get what you want from them?
I as a Christian have to listen to a muslim tell me that Jesus is not the son of God. That God said so be it and so it was and that this does not make him the son of God. But, would you as a muslim listen to me tell you that mohammed was listening to the antichrist while writing the quran because it tells me in my bible that anyone or anything coming to you and stating that Jesus is not the son of God then know that this (messenger/prophet etc... is not from God).
