To Be Christian in Pakistan

CNN correspondents went behind the scenes to report on a refugee camp in Islamabad, Pakistan. Over 2,000 refugees have come to the camp for one reason only, because they are Christian. Christians are 5 percent of the population in Pakistan, and are very often faced with extreme acts of violence and too often murder. The refugees claim that they were expelled from their homes by their own government. Since the founding of the camp a few months ago, already two have died from poverty. A few weeks ago six people were killed when Muslim demonstrates burnt down houses in a Christian enclave. Afterwards, 15 more houses were torched. Persecution because of religion should never be tolerated. It is our responsibility to be aware of what is happening around the world. We must take action to help raise awareness and spread the message that these actions will not be tolerated. Click here to read more about the threat that Radical Islam poses to Christianity.

We are never to remain

We are never to remain silent. We are to be against such hate and acts of violence. I pray daily for the Christians over in Islamic countries. They will recieve the crowns of Life that Jesus has for them. I also pray that the tribulation that they face will be made short. Jesus also has a reward for the ones that treat His followers like this. They get to be with their god, nice and hot.

what ever olberman, I mean wingman103, just because you say it doe not make it so. But because it is real, reality makes it so. Rape, murder, being sold into slavery. This is the reality of islam. No tolerance or peace. When all of the christians are gone they will continue to kill each other because of theological differences Sunni verses sheite verses take your pick. Dont be naive. What do you think is going on in Darfur. Do think they are killing over social differences. There are islamic militias killing christians, raping women, cutting off breast of nursing mothers. Like it or not, we are at WAR.

If America thinks that can't happen to them, don't forget what Germany looked like before the Holocaust. Pakistan might seem far, but its a microcosm of many radical plots after plots being planned in anytown USA. I for one am fighting back and am attending demonstrations against these crazy radicals.

First I would like to thank the bloggers who add this great information. The problem these days is that people don't want to get involved in anything more than their daily grind. With global issues like radical Islam people just feel there's nothing they can do, but there certainly is. On the ground level. On a Friday, we held a screening in my office for my coworkers about 4 months ago during lunch hour. People got really affected. Now alot of us are writing to our local Congresman here in Texas to protect churches. Everyone needs to do their part. Complaining and hiding isn't going to solve the problem. Peace unto all.

No this is definitely a serious issue and people just have no clue. I watched the scenes in the Third Jihad documentary and the footage is really heart- breaking. I recommend to all my friends and family to watch the movie and learn the facts.
