Are Muslims Exempt from Health Insurance? ObamaCare Confusion Continues

There have been some stories that have surfaced that claim that Amish and Muslims will be exempt from the newly passed healthcare plan. Much of the debate has linked back to this American Thinker article.
Is insurance being un-Shariah a known thing? Does anyone have any particular examples of this? There are many instances when insurance is necessary, for renting cars, renting apartments, etc., so what do Muslims do? Have there been many cases of this before?
Also, what will happen to the uninsured Muslims? This is definitely a let's stay tuned to see what happens situation, but if anyone has any insight or knowledge of this issue (beyond the American Thinker blog), let's hear it!
