Even if that is the case, what about precedence? - Has there been no disputes over religious trust ownerships in the past - Churches, Synagogues - Don't say Christians and Jews never had a fight over the big business of religion.

My story is I born as a foreigner Muslim boy in S. Arabia, Dhahran. Any children born in S.Arabia whom there parents are other nationals & just for work there, are from other countries will not be Saudi, Just To make that clear 1st. The American Compound (Aramco) is where I was born & my dad was employed 3 years in the 1970’s then after he divorced he remained moved a lot not living in compounds much because it cost a lot maybe one time for me because he felt sorry for me cant make good friends to have. But once he saw me change a lot well he took me out of compounds/American Schools into a Muslim English all boys school where I learned a lot of good things about my culture but also learned history & gained many haunting good/bad experiences including falling in love too. He rented houses (read below more) & resided for work a total of 26 years & most my life there living with him & his family(will talk about more below) it was a love/hate relationship with him but we did a lot of amazing things together but my father‘s past wasn‘t easy either my grandfather(Palestinian)/Grandmother(Lebanese) & children to be kicked out of Palestine to be forced out(1948) & Lebanon war from 70‘s to 90‘s. The city size compounds is where some freedoms was to do what ever you wanted, if you are a foreign employee with family, Saudi religious, moral police wasn't allowed to come in(only unless major illegal busts e.g. alcohol,drugs,major crimes which was a national/state matter). But Once you get out of your compounds you must follow the sharia law to the book, ha-ha Omg I was a trouble maker to my father why, because there in Arabia, I was hard headed teenager I would come out from the compound to go shopping, hang out with friends, just to get out of the compound prison with American mentality wearing shorts-shirts (with pictures of biker girls or slogans, rude, beer )so when moral/religious police would see me I would be hit on my legs then fight with them & be subjected to remove the shirt & be given a white shirt or a thoube, men’s long dress to wear & let go with a warning, or when it’s prayer time all shops close for 10-15 minutes, always I get caught because my Arab looks ,if I refuse to go prayer I would get subjected to the religious goats(Matawaa) for a beating/whipping because on my ID I am Muslim regardless but not hard but its depressing, if I do it again I would be subjected to strict sharia law & arrested then my dad would have to get me out with his representive Saudi escort sponsor then get my ass kicked by him for putting him in trouble, cause what I ever do my father gets more punishment for not able to control me in their eyes, cause he is the responsible one. If no sponsor I would be subjected to jail time and punishment as a minor. But there are loop holes if your parents are well to do/knew powerful Saudi friends & knew the laws it’s like the game of chess. I liked living their with my father, but … when I grew up I found out my own life was a big fat lie, but to watch my parents marriage fall apart at 6 because their is no women rights. They are treated women like cattle. sold,stamped,owned and if they go astray the will be subjected to worst conditions by their husbands,law,police,family & courts favors the Men, so if husband,father,brother & uncle had an incident e.g. if the sister,wife,daughter,female cousin committed adultry,running of with another man she loves while which she was suppose to marry another picked by her family chose for her or was lesbian(homosexuality is a big sin for men/women) she could be subjected to jail,hanging,stoning or death by the sword. I have seen my share of beheading, by my own father & his friends whom forced me to go with friends & watch so I would shape up every time I would do something very wrong in his eyes to scare me not to do them, honestly he knew how to control fear to the dime with me since I was young, but what saved my life is my own inner anger which kept me going & fighting to be free, I never wanted to be controlled or subjected to religion or any form of control that’s why at the age of 35, I live in the United States Of America Who is governing? It by the Saudi family whom where put in by yours truly the British/American Corporations empire. So the Saudi Family implements the strict deadliest made up Sharia law to meet their way of control and lives over the whole region, (other radicalized Muslim countries/fractions adopted their cult), oil production & sorry to say their foreign slaves whom flock over there for the pennies without paying taxes, it's all greed & control. No one could dare speak about the Saudi Family or critise them or any other Saudi citizen if you do either, you would end up in jail for God knows how long & with harsh brutal conditions eg.lashes, beating of the feet, cutting of the hand or whatever sinister/devilish methods they want to use & the ultimate is death by the sword. Oop's where is the United Nations/Human Rights/G8/G20 or The other so called blood suckers who are supposed to fight for Human rights worldwide at huh? In caps(YOU ALL ARE GREEDY,YOU ALL LOOK THE OTHER WAY,GO BE GREDDY,YOU BUNCH OF GUTLESS SLIME I have watched that most of my life, plus if you are a foreigner you are subjected to sharia law. There is a form you signed with your country that if you do get in trouble outside the compound, you accept what is coming to you and u may have a defense team from your country but they must be excellent not like the poor souls whom died under the sword, jails & worst conditions from third world countries whom are poorly treated in their own.

"How did this happen?" will the question our children will be asking of us in 20-25 years - how did our free society allow sharia law to take root, then become law of the land? And our answer will be "because we were too concerend about hurting someone's feelings"....

What's the use wringing our hands over judges who take such poor decisions?
What we need is, to know how to remove such an anti-American man from the position he is occupying.
Can someone please tell me what provision the constitution has, to immediately remove such men from office?
