The threat of Islamic terrorism knows no boundaries. The reach of global jihad is felt throughout the world and unfortunately, the attacks are daily.
Just today 49 people have been reported dead after Al Qaeda blew up a string of apartment buildings in Iraq. This was the fourth of a set of attacks throughout Baghdad this week, claiming hundreds of lives.
Last Monday, Moscow faced its first attack in six years when two female suicide bombers killed 40 commuters at two train stations in the center of the capital. Russia was struck by 5 terrorist attacks that killed close to 60 people in one week. On Wednesday, Chechen rebels claimed responsibility for the Moscow metro bombings and threatened further attacks against Russian cities. The Islamist insurgent network led by Chechen "emir" Doku Umarov is believed to be preparing to initiate a new wave of assaults in the heart of the country.

to see by the lack of comments how little interest and involvement is from regular people. Ignorance is the key to ultimate defeat. It's like Western world has lost its will to survive. And this is sad.
I would like to ask you a question. How can we get involved when our own Government is promoting Islam? Do we not have a President that stated he was a Muslim?
I don't think there's much we can do with all the hate and adversities in the world right now otherwise we will be seen as Prejudiced. If you really want change vote the Spanish and the Muslims and the other Foreigners that hold office in our Country out of office and call for term limits on Congress the Senate and the House and all the Political positions that are a threat to our Country and way of life. These people that are crying racism for what the Governor of Arizona had the nads to do should be deported. Look up the consequences for being in another Country Illegally and then tell me we're prejudiced. I think it's about time our people got off their fat lazy TV watching and listening to what the media only want you to hear asses and start getting some interest in whats happening in this country today. If you want change YOU! have to start telling the people you know and care about what is going on. Not just once and then forget about it. Start drilling it in their heads everyday about something that is going on and their need to get involved. That's what i do. I find a little piece of news that's worthy of telling them about to draw the big picture and hopefully give them the insight they need to start telling their friends and relatives. E-Mails and phone conversations and the whole works.
